Ah-So!
B grew up with Ah-So sauce, but I'd never heard of it. Turns out it's a miso-based pink asian-ish bbq sauce. He seared some pork ribs and then threw them in the slow cooker for a few hours with a jar or two of the sauce on top. Finished under the broiler to crisp things up, they were really tasty! Next time maybe only one jar of sauce in the slow cooker and a cup or so of chicken broth and they'll be perfect. Well, more perfect.
Pork rib
It's one of the famous dishes of the Korean restaurant. After grilled these pork rib, put them on a leaf with some miso and fine strips of raw cibol and roll up to eat. So spicy and delicious.
